ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to We RV People. By accessing our website at www.wervpeople.com, contacting us for services, or scheduling RV repair, maintenance, or inspection services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and We RV People ("we," "us," or "our").

SERVICES PROVIDED
We RV People provides mobile RV repair, maintenance, and NRVIA certified inspection services, including AC repair, appliances, electrical systems, plumbing, furnace, leveling systems, slideouts, minor carpentry, emergency services, winterization, maintenance tune-ups, tank hydrojetting, RV consulting, orientations, and certified inspections. All services are provided on a mobile basis at your location.

SERVICE AREA AND AVAILABILITY
We operate as a mobile service within a 40-mile radius of our current location. Our service area changes as we travel. Current locations and schedules are posted on our website. Services are subject to availability based on our travel schedule, technician availability, and weather conditions. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our service area or capabilities.

SCHEDULING AND APPOINTMENTS
Service requests may be submitted through our website, by phone at 855-MYRVNUT (855-697-8688), or by email. All appointments must be confirmed by We RV People.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to our standard mobile service fee.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather, equipment failure, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.

PRICING AND PAYMENT
Standard Hours (Monday-Friday, before 4:30 PM):

Mobile Service Fee: $125

Labor Rate: $150/hour (1-hour minimum)

Mileage: $2.00/mile beyond 20 miles
Emergency Hours (Weekends, Holidays, Weekdays after 4:30 PM):

Service Call Fee: $225

Labor Rate: $250/hour (1-hour minimum)

Mileage: $2.00/mile beyond 20 miles
Inspection Services: Pricing varies based on RV type and scope. Quotes provided upon request.
Pricing does not include parts, materials, supplies, specialized tools, taxes, or third-party services. You will be notified of additional costs before work proceeds. If costs exceed the estimate by more than 20%, we will notify you before continuing.
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and some electronic payments. Late payments (over 30 days) may incur a 1.5% monthly fee or maximum rate permitted by law.
Military and First Responder Discount: 10% discount on hourly labor rates and inspection fees. Proof of service may be required. Does not apply to parts, materials, or service fees.

SCOPE OF WORK AND LIMITATIONS
As a mobile service, we cannot perform repairs requiring indoor facilities, extensive carpentry, or specialized heavy equipment. We will inform you immediately if a repair is beyond our capabilities and assist in finding alternatives.
We make reasonable efforts to diagnose and repair your RV accurately. However, RV systems are complex, and some issues may not be immediately apparent. We cannot guarantee a single visit will resolve all issues, particularly intermittent problems.

WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS
Labor Warranty: We warrant our labor for 30 days from service completion. If the same issue recurs within 30 days due to our workmanship, we will re-perform the service at no additional labor charge. This warranty does not cover parts failure, customer misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, accidents, weather damage, or normal wear and tear.
Inspection Disclaimer: NRVIA certified inspections are visual assessments of accessible RV systems at the time of inspection. Inspections do not include destructive testing, prediction of future failures, or assessment of hidden areas. We are not responsible for issues developing after inspection or defects that were not visible during inspection.
AS-IS Disclaimer: EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED ABOVE, ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or defects not caused by our service.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING: loss of RV use, lost profits, cost of substitute services, travel expenses, lodging costs, damage to personal property inside the RV, or emotional distress.
We maintain liability insurance for property damage caused by our negligence. Claims must be reported within 7 days of service completion. We are not responsible for damage to unsecured personal belongings.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for:

Providing safe access to your RV and work area

Removing valuable or fragile items from the work area

Disclosing known hazards (propane leaks, electrical issues, structural damage)

Securing pets

Providing accurate information about your RV and issues

Obtaining necessary permits or complying with campground/HOA/local regulations

Providing accurate RV information (year, make, model, VIN, service history)

PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy at www.wervpeople.com/privacy. By using our services, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless We RV People from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your violation of these terms, misuse of services, violation of third-party rights, inaccurate information provided, or failure to comply with applicable laws.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you have a dispute, please contact us first at service@wervpeople.com or 855-MYRVNUT (855-697-8688). We will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes informally.
Any unresolved dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted where services were performed or where you reside, at your option. Each party bears its own costs. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.
Class Action Waiver: YOU AGREE THAT ARBITRATION SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND WE RV PEOPLE INDIVIDUALLY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if the claim qualifies.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which services are performed, without regard to conflict of law principles.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and We RV People.
Modifications: We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting with a new "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure or delay due to circumstances beyond our control, including acts of God, natural disasters, weather, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.
